Ostap Hovda is a media and communication specialist at Lviv City Council. He manages the city’s digital communication and messaging for key municipal projects. Previously, he worked with Hromadske.UA and video production teams. In recent years, he has focused on political and government communication, especially during wartime. Ostap also teaches small and large Ukrainian communities how to build clear and human public communication.
