Terrell Starr
American journalist and international affairs commentator
Terrell Starr is the founder and host of the Black Diplomats podcast, which focuses on international political issues, particularly those related to Ukraine. He has spent significant time in the country and has studied Russian colonialism and imperialism in depth. Starr also covered the U.S. presidential elections in 2016 and 2020, and has contributed to projects at FUSION, The Root, and Foxtrot Alpha. His writing has appeared in outlets such as Foreign Policy, The Washington Post, and others. With a background in journalism and Russian studies, Starr witnessed and reported firsthand on the events of Ukraine’s Revolution of Dignity.
