Dmytro Zolotukhin
Founder of the Institute of Post-Information Society and Expert in Strategic Communications and Information Security
Dmytro Zolotukhin is the founder of the Institute of Post-Information Society and an expert in strategic communications and information security.
From 2017 to 2019, he served as Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Information Policy, where he led the implementation of the national Information Security Doctrine and state communications strategy. Prior to this role, he was an advisor to the minister and a volunteer at the National Security and Defense Council’s Information-Analytical Centre. Dmytro co-authored Ukraine’s Information Security Doctrine and edited the White Paper on Special Information Operations Against Ukraine (2014–2018).
In 2015, he launched the OSINT Academy – Ukraine’s first free online course on open-source intelligence – where he serves as both author and trainer. He has also produced numerous high-impact investigations utilizing open-source data.
