Yevhen Hlibovytsky
Co-Founder and CEO of the Frontier Institute
Yevhen Hlibovytsky is a Ukrainian public intellectual and strategic consultant. He serves on the Supervisory Board of Suspilne — Ukraine’s public broadcaster — where he chairs the appointments committee. As the co-founder and CEO of the Frontier Institute, he leads efforts to conceptualize Ukraine’s strategic challenges across security, culture, demography, and public governance.
Additionally, Yevhen is a member of the Nestorivska and Univ expert groups, teaches courses on communications and reputation management, and consults for media outlets, businesses, and civil society organizations.
In 2007, he founded the analytical company pro.mova, which specializes in studying values and long-term trends. His extensive background in journalism and media management includes shaping the concept of 5th Channel and co-founding Hromadske TV.
