CEO of the Superhumans Center
Olga Rudnieva is the CEO of Superhumans Center, a war trauma clinic providing psychological support, prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, and rehabilitation for people injured during the war. The center was built in just 4.5 months in Lviv during the full-scale invasion and has provided services to more than 3,000 patients since its inception. In June 2025, Superhumans expanded to Dnipro, with a new facility set to open in Odesa in early 2026.
From the first days of the full-scale invasion, Olga led Europe’s largest humanitarian hub, HelpUkraine Center, initiated by Ukrainian businessman Andrey Stavnitser.
From 2004 to August 2022, she served as director of the Olena Pinchuk Foundation, which focuses on combating HIV/AIDS in Ukraine. She is also a co-founder of Veteran Hub, a space providing comprehensive services to veterans.
Among her most notable projects is Medsanbat, through which more than 5,000 paramedics were trained for frontline service in 2014–2015, introducing modern first aid standards to the battlefield.
In 2007–2009, Olga organized Ukraine’s largest charitable concerts, featuring Elton John, Paul McCartney, and Queen, to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS in Ukraine.
Olga is also a columnist and a well-known women’s rights activist. For six consecutive years, she has ranked among the most successful women in Ukraine, and in 2024 she was named one of the BBC’s 100 Women of the Year.
