Gohar Khodjayan leads IMS programs in Ukraine, bringing deep expertise from years of working with the country’s independent media and institutions. She has spearheaded media development, reform, and self-regulation initiatives throughout Eastern Europe — working closely with journalists, policymakers, and international partners across Ukraine.
