Anastasiia Loza is the External Communications Manager at the Media Initiative for Human Rights (MIHR) — a Ukrainian organization where she oversees media relations, public image, and the implementation of creative information campaigns. 

She is the visionary behind a VR project that recreates the harrowing experience of civilian detention in Russian captivity. With over nine years of experience in media and the civil society sector, Anastasiia previously worked as a journalist and news anchor for Suspilne Chernihiv. She has coordinated communications for numerous Ukrainian and international initiatives and developed campaigns focused on human rights. 

She is also a co-author of the documentary photobook 04:35, which chronicles the stories of those who survived the 2022 siege of Chernihiv.
