Peter Pomerantsev is an award-winning author who explores the relationship between propaganda, culture, and society. He is a Senior Fellow at the SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University, where he co-directs the Arena Initiative, a research project focused on addressing the challenges of disinformation and polarization in the digital age. Over the past five years, Arena has collaborated with Ukrainian journalists and sociologists to produce media content about the country. 

Pomerantsev is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature, presents documentaries on BBC Radio 4, and previously worked as a TV documentary director and producer for Discovery, the BBC, and other outlets.
