Natalia Antelava
Co-founder and editor-in-chief of Coda Story
Natalia Antelava is a journalist and media entrepreneur, and co-founder and editor-in-chief of Coda Story, an award-winning newsroom exploring how power operates in the 21st century. She is also a co-founder of ZEG, a global storytelling network that brings together journalists, artists, and thinkers to break down barriers and make sense of a fragmented world.
A former foreign correspondent for the BBC, she has covered wars and crises across four continents and reported undercover in countries including Burma, Yemen, and Uzbekistan. Her work has appeared in The Guardian, The New Yorker, Foreign Affairs, and CNN, and has earned multiple journalism awards, including an Emmy nomination.
A 2024 John S. Knight Journalism Fellow at Stanford University, she writes and speaks about the intersection of information, technology, and power.
