Chris Liu, Vice President of Radio Taiwan International, possesses extensive experience in international coordination, strategic planning, fundraising, and project management. Before joining RTI, he served as the Head of the Taiwan Office for the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) from 2021 to 2025. His career also includes key roles as Program Manager at the Reporters Without Borders East Asia Bureau and Communications Manager at Greenpeace East Asia. Earlier on, he served as an International News Editor at The China Post. 

His professional trajectory reflects a deep commitment to media development, democratic governance, international advocacy, and cross-sector collaboration. With a background bridging media, civil society, and international organizations, Chris brings a global perspective to strengthening public media, fostering democratic resilience, and elevating Taiwan’s international presence.
