Po-Jui Huang is a strategy and geopolitical risk analyst with extensive experience advising government stakeholders and publicly listed companies on corporate strategy, public policy, and crisis management.
Since 2016, he has supported senior decision-makers through strategic intelligence, scenario planning, and industry analysis. His work sits at the intersection of geopolitics and industrial policy with a specialized focus on cross-strait relations, semiconductor supply chains, and AI industrial policy.
Po-Jui has spearheaded major consulting projects involving M&A intelligence and corporate transformation, and he regularly delivers briefings on the international political economy and geopolitical developments.
Drawing from his family background in the fishing industry, he maintains a deep professional and personal interest in the political economy of Taiwan’s traditional industries and their ongoing transformation.
Po-Jui Huang is an Associate Researcher and former Policy Analyst at the Taiwan Association for Strategic Simulation (TASS). He holds an M.A. in Political Science from National Taiwan University and a B.A. in Political Science from National Cheng Chi University.
