Introduction 

Ambassador Jeff Y. J. Liu has served as the Representative and Head of the Taipei Representative Office in Poland since December 2024. A seasoned diplomat, his previous leadership roles include serving as Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Director General of the Department of Archives, Information Management, and Telecommunications, and the Director General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Auckland, New Zealand.

Throughout his career, Ambassador Liu has held international postings in Washington, D.C., New York, and India. He holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Law from National Chengchi University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from National Cheng Kung University.
