Yarema Dukh

Strategic communications expert

Yarema Dukh is a strategic communications expert from Ukraine. He currently leads comms projects for governmental and public organisations, runs a YouTube channel on modern history and politics, and co-runs an NGO focused on amplifying Ukraine’s voice in the world and at home.

Previously, Yarema worked as the Head of Press service at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (2014), as a Foreign media coordinator at the Presidential Administration of Ukraine (2015-2018), and the Head of press service for the Holos party (2019-2021).

He is also co-founder and co-author (2016-2019) of the official Twitter account of Ukraine.

Yarema received an MA in Sociology from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2008. He has been an active member of Plast — Ukrainian scouting — since 2003.
