Mykola Balaban is a representative of the Center for Strategic Communication Spravdi and an expert in information resilience, strategic communications, and countering hybrid threats. He develops evidence-based programs to strengthen societal resilience across Ukraine and Europe, working closely with state institutions, civil society, and international partners.
His work focuses on strategic development, OSINT-informed assessments, and network analysis. A frequent speaker at international forums, he has shared his expertise on information space resilience and foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI) at various NATO and EU platforms.
